Saad brings more than 20 years of international experience across finance leadership, business strategy, asset management and digital transformation, built in complex, multi-entity and asset-intensive businesses in the UAE and internationally.

Most recently, he served as Director Finance & Head of Finance for Dubai Holding’s marina portfolio, within its partnership with D-Marin Global, operating at CFO level across a complex, multi-asset environment.

With 5+ years of board-level reporting and executive exposure, Saad has worked closely with boards and senior leadership on financial performance, business planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow, CapEx & OpEx governance and strategic decision-making.

His experience combines financial leadership with hands-on digital transformation — including ERP, Power BI, data intelligence and executive decision support.
